The EU Training Lab provides short, intensive courses combining expert instruction, practical exercises, and real-world case studies. Programmes are led by experienced practitioners and conclude with a recognised certificate of completion. The focus at this stage is on equipping participants with skills to navigate EU-funded projects and EU grants, from proposal writing and consortium building to project management and successful delivery. Full course details are available at eutraininglab.com/courses

Pracsis created the EU Training Lab with three main objectives:

1. strengthen strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and management skills for EU contexts;

2. provide hands-on training in EU project design, grant acquisition, and implementation; and

3. foster a community of practice where professionals exchange experiences and collaborate on real-world EU project challenges.

The inaugural training, “Horizon Europe: Success from proposal writing to PM² delivery”, will take place 12–14 November 2025.

This three-day course guides participants through the full lifecycle of Horizon Europe projects, from competitive proposal writing and consortium building to effective project management and successful delivery. It is tailored for project coordinators, proposal teams, project managers, and professionals engaged in EU-funded initiatives who want practical tools and methods they can immediately apply.

Additionally, the EU Training Lab will be officially presented at the upcoming event “Managing EU-Funded Projects with PM² Methodology” on 5 November 2025, held at the University Foundation in Brussels. This event marks the official presentation of the PM² Addendum for EU-Funded Projects, a practical guide to improve efficiency, compliance, and impact in EU-funded initiatives. During this event, the EU Training Lab will also be introduced. Giuseppe Massimiliano Bellia, Chief Academic Business Development Officer at Pracsis and Head of the EU Training Lab will moderate the session.
