Supporting energy efficiency financing in Spain and Portugal

In June, PRACSIS organized its third public event for Sustainable Energy Investment Forums, the European Commission programme that aims to boost financing for energy efficiency in EU member states.The event took place in central Madrid at the Círculo de Bellas Artes and was organized in partnership with the Spanish state-owned bank Instituto de Crédito Oficial, the Spanish Institute for Diversification and Saving of Energy, and the UN Environment Finance Initiative.PRACSIS was responsible for the content, promotion and logistics of the event, which targeted Spanish and Portuguese project developers, public authorities, and players from the finance sector interested in sustainable energy investment.The event had 27 speakers and was attended by more than 120 people, with plenaries as well as smaller breakout sessions for more in depth discussion. Interpretation was provided in Spanish and English for the conference’s plenaries and breakout sessions.
