An eventful week in Brussels and around Europe ended recently: the 2017 edition of EU Green Week, which was held between 29 May and 2 JuneEU Green Week is the paramount European environmental policy event, and this year’s topic addressed ‘Green jobs for a Greener Future’. It focused on the positive impact of environmental policy on economic, sustainable and socially responsible growth, while also tackling the necessity of new types of green skills among stakeholders.Once again, PRACSIS managed this year’s EU Green Week in terms of both the high-level conference in Brussels and the related activities around Europe.PRACSIS organised the high-level conference of the EU Green Week on behalf of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for the Environment.
