PRACSIS continues event support for energy efficiency financing across Europe

PRACSIS had a busy end of year, organising five events in five different countries for Sustainable Energy Investment Forums, the European Commission programme that aims to boost financing for energy efficiency in EU member states. The events—three national roundtables plus two public conferences—took place in Bucharest, Dublin, Athens, St. Julians, and Frankfurt.Organised in partnership with the UN Environment Finance Initiative, the objective of these events was to build dialogue on energy efficiency finance with key stakeholders in each country and to identify common objectives and potential improvements to the policy framework within the countries.PRACSIS was responsible for promotion and marketing of the events plus all practical organisation and logistics, gathering project developers, public authorities, banks, and other players from the finance sector interested in energy efficiency investment. In total, around 500 people attended the events, with another 350 following the live webstream.
