Pracsis wins bid for second phase of Sustainable Energy Investment Forums

Pracsis has won a four-year framework contract to support energy efficiency investment in the EU through the organisation of public conferences, roundtables, and webinars. The contract, issued by EASME, is the second phase of Sustainable Energy Investment Forums, the successful three-year project led by Pracsis that resulted in the organisation of 58 events in 14 EU member states.

Together with its consortium partners—Climate Alliance, EC Network, and Fedarene—Pracsis will continue this important work, but at an increased volume and in a (mostly) different set of countries; organising public conferences and closed meetings to engage with representatives of the financial sector, public authorities, and businesses involved in the financing of sustainable energy projects at the EU and national levels.

The consortium will be responsible for providing EASME and DG Energy with technical services in the organization of events, communication activities around these events, as well as financial/economic expertise related to the development and promotion of energy efficiency financing at various national levels. The EU countries that the new phase of the project will focus on are still under discussion.

In the meantime, the first conference of SEI Forums II is just around the corner: The Covenant of Mayors Investment Forum – Energy Efficiency Finance Market Place, taking place in Brussels on 18-19 February 2020.
