PRACSIS organises 2nd Circular Procurement Congress in Tallinn

In October, PRACSIS helped organize the second edition of the European Commission’s Circular Procurement Congress, hosted by the Estonian Presidency of the EU together with Rijkswaterstaat of the Netherlands, and ICLEI - Local Government for Sustainability.
