Innovative financing workshop to scale up sustainable energy investments in Europe
Next Tuesday 28 April a new episode of ManagEnergy’s series of workshops will take place in Brussels. Up-scaling investments in energy efficiency and renewables through innovative financing approaches will be the main topic on the table.
The valuable insights of Marie Donnelly, Director at DG ENER, and one of the most prominent figures in the EU energy landscape, will open the workshop. Ralf Goldman from the European Investment Bank and Lada Strelnikova from the European Energy Efficiency Fund are amongst the list of key note speakers. A ‘market place for projects’ will include a set of successful examples on how to develop project pipelines and mobilise stakholders to create business cases for attracting private investment.
As ManagEnergy service contractor, PRACSIS will take care of all organisational aspects. The event will take place at the Stanhope Hotel. PRACSIS has arranged travel and accommodation for some of the 100 delegates expected at the workshop.
Launched in 2002, ManagEnergy aims to assist actors from the public sector and their advisers working on energy efficiency and renewable energy actions at the local and regional levels through targeted capacity building and networking events.
