IDABC Conferences and workshops

Aim of the project: IDABC stands for Interoperable Delivery of European eGovernment Services to public Administrations, Business and Citizens. It is a European programme that takes advantage of the opportunities offered by information and communication technologies to support and promote the development of pan-European eGovernment services, to improve efficiency and collaboration between national and European public administrations, and to encourage them to offer modern public services to businesses and citizens in Europe.
Solutions provided by PRACSIS: In the framework of the information dissemination and the spread of best practice activities for the IDABC Programme and INFODIS, European Commission DG Entreprise will be assisted by PRACSIS, the responsible consortium partner, for:
  • The organisation of conferences or workshops in the 25 Member States;
  • The coordination of the participation of representatives of the IDABC Programme at relevant conferences/workshops which are organised by third parties in Europe;
  • The conception and creation of printed and virtual promotional material: conference programme, press releases, web announcements, conference posters, brochures, leaflets, conference proceedings and report, photo gallery etc.;
  • The assistance to the participants and in particular to the speakers, collection and copying of speaker's contributions and related materials, compiling participant folders with agenda, list of participants and supporting documents;
  • Notes taking, recording of the presentations and discussions, photographs taking.
PRACSIS will assist the Commission at every stage starting from the conception or identification of the events until the delivery of the final report.
